New vegetable garden in Kilshane House
The old greenhouse in the walled garden is being cleaned up and plans are underway to restore it to its original state. In the meantime, Keith Spillane and his helper Butchie have planted a vegetable garden which is proving very successful. Sean Sherry, the Executive Head Chef, has been seen sampling some of the production.
